Vencon Research’s latest Mini-Survey offers a glimpse into the topic of practice-based differentiated remuneration policy versus ‘equal pay’ using the example of Digital Consulting. Today the market for digital consultants is expanding at a rapid rate and while consulting firms’ digital presence continues to grow, ‘digital talents’ may be difficult to recruit and retain. In this survey, Vencon Research investigates how this is reflected in differentiated remuneration between digital consultants and consultants from other practices. Additionally, because many consulting firms have digital consultants working at their Silicon Valley or Greater Silicon Valley offices, Vencon Research also examines in this report whether ‘Cost of Living’ allowance is offered.
